Cody and Mary Jane met on their first day of 8th grade and became great friends. While Cody had a crush on MJ for years, it wasn't until both had signed offers to play collegiate sports at the University of Oregon, and a subsequent senior prom invitation, that they began dating. They dated all through college, half of which was long distance after Cody transferred schools, and continued their long distance relationship post college, when Mary Jane moved to Spain. Upon her return to the USA, she joined Cody in Bend, Oregon, where they have been living for the past three years with their beautiful dog, Bear. After six wonderful years together, Cody proposed in Cologne, Germany in the idyllic Christmas markets. After eight years of amazing love and friendship, they are thrilled to be married in Black Butte Ranch, sharing their day with their closest friends and lots of family, a dream of MJ’s since she was a little girl.
